解决方法

1、通过 tftpd 或 usb 方式将 license 授权文件导入到设备，导入方法可参考 https://blog.kobin.cn/blog/network/n0/522.html 这篇文章。

2、安装 license 文件，并重启设备。

Router#license install flash:FDO234709SU_20200310232014344.lic

Installing licenses from "flash:FDO234709SU_20200310232014344.lic"
Installing...Feature:booster_performance...Successful:Supported
1/1 licenses were successfully installed
0/1 licenses were existing licenses
0/1 licenses were failed to install

Router#reload

3、查看 license 状况。

Router#show license

        License Type: Permanent
        License State: Active, In Use
        License Count: Non-Counted
        License Priority: Medium

        Period left: Not Activated
